Lincoln Street sewer main extension project

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting a sewer main extension project on Lincoln Street starting on June 3, 2024. The sewer main extension will run from West Hill Street Lane to M.L.K. Jr. Boulevard.

This project is being carried out by Cathcart Construction Company and is expected to be completed by November 2024 along with area restoration. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. More details below.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching construction areas, as workers will be present and roads may be closed and sidewalks possibly closed, and diverted.
