Palm Ave closure

Toho Water Authority is announcing a street closure on Palm Avenue between Bruce Street and Patrick Street for a sewer rehabilitation project (please see map below). The project is scheduled to begin on March 6 and expected to be completed in about a month. Construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services.

The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
