Water usage advisory to help wastewater facilities

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is issuing a water usage advisory to customers. This will help area wastewater facilities that are continuing to feel the strain from the flooding caused by Hurricane Ian to maintain or re-establish normal operations.

What customers can do to help:

Only use water when necessary
Reduce dishwasher and clothes washer use
Turn off irrigation systems
Avoid contact with standing water
Report sewer backups by contacting customer service at 407-944-5000

Toho crews continue to respond to impacted areas caused by the hurricane. Presently no precautionary boil water advisories have been issued.
