For water, irrigation or reclaimed meters 3" and larger it is the contractor's responsibility to purchase, install and have the meters inspected. Please refer to our approved manufacturers list available on this page. By submitting an account activation, you agree to start receiving invoices associated with the account from Toho. The invoices will be mailed to the billing address listed on the form and a deposit will be required. Once the project has received sewer clearance all sewer charges from that date will be applicable to the account. Use the map below to find the corresponding large meter account activation form.
