St. Cloud downtown street closures

Toho Water Authority is announcing nighttime street closures in downtown St. Cloud for a sewer rehabilitation project (please see map belew). The closures and work are scheduled from 7 p.m. - 5 a.m. as follows:

Wednesday, March 1: 10th Street and 11th Street will be closed between New York Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue
Thursday, March 2: 11th Street and 12th Street will be closed between New York Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue

Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Crews will try to accommodate overnight business deliveries. Access will be provided for emergency services.

The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area. During the hours noted above, please refrain from using water and flushing toilets, or try to minimize usage where possible, to prevent sewer backups.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
