W Birchwood Circle closed to thru traffic

Toho Water Authority is announcing that W Birchwood Circle is closed to thru traffic (please see map below). This is due to needed area restoration following a water line repair. A timeframe for the road reopening is yet to be determined.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment may be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
