West Vine Street and Mann Street closures

Toho Water Authority is announcing a lane closure on eastbound West Vine Street between John Young Parkway and North Rose Avenue for a sewer project. Mann Street from Cherry Street to West Vine Street will also be closed during the project (please see map below).

The project is scheduled to begin on April 22 and is expected to be completed in about two weeks. Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services.

The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
