St. Cloud - Collection processes resume September 18

The information below applies to 8-digit account number customers and does NOT impact customers with 18-digit account numbers. 

Starting on September 18, 2024, Toho Water Authority will resume collection processes that were suspended earlier this year due to the cybersecurity incident. Please pay any past due balances to avoid late fees and possible interruption of service. 

Payment assistance

Toho offers payment assistance in the form of payment extensions and the Toho Assistance Program (TAP). To apply, please visit our Payment Assistance page.

• By phone (automated payment system): 407-957-7344, select option 2
• Online: Payment Portal
• In person at City Hall: 1300 Ninth Street, St. Cloud (Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Cash payments: Amscot locations
