Some of the lowest rates

We have some of the lowest rates. Toho strives to provide you with some of the lowest rates in the Central Florida. The inside and outside water consumption at your home is measured in gallons and billed per thousand gallons used on a monthly basis.

Paying your bill

We have four easy ways for you to pay your bill. You can pay on online, by phone, by mail or in person at Amscot and participating MoneyGram locations. Create an online payment account where you can set up for automatic or scheduled payments and request e-billing. 

Irrigation Schedule

Toho has an irrigation schedule for residential and commercial customers to follow. Overwatering does more harm than good.

Cross-Connection Control Program

The cross-connection control program is mandated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Toho tests and maintains all residential backflows at a monthly $3 fee to customers.​
