Serving our community
Toho currently operates 17 water treatment facilities and nine wastewater treatment facilities with the purpose of providing efficient and reliable water services. With a 600 person workforce, Toho treats and distributes approximately 51.6 million gallons of potable water and reclaims 34.3 million gallons of wastewater each day. Toho has positioned itself as a respected leader in water, a valued community partner and an employer of choice.
Toho is governed by a seven-member board of supervisors responsible for approving all its operating policies and its $114 million operating budget.

Board Meetings & Agendas
Meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of the month at 5 p.m. in the Boardroom at 951 Martin Luther King Blvd., Kissimmee, Florida 34741. The board agenda is published prior to each meeting.
