About Us

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is the largest provider of water, wastewater and reclaimed water services in Osceola County. Formed in 2003 by a special act by the Florida Legislature, it currently serves over 160,000 customers in St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Poinciana and unincorporated areas of Osceola Polk and Orange counties. Toho was established for the sole purpose of providing regional stewardship over water resources in Osceola County.

Serving our community

Toho currently operates 17 water treatment facilities and nine wastewater treatment facilities with the purpose of providing efficient and reliable water services. With a 600 person workforce, Toho treats and distributes approximately 51.6 million gallons of potable water and reclaims 34.3 million gallons of wastewater each day. Toho has positioned itself as a respected leader in water, a valued community partner and an employer of choice.
