The Toho Assistance Program (TAP) prioritizes assistance for income eligible customers whose service has been disconnected or is in the process of being disconnected as well as households with elderly or disabled individuals or families with children under the age of eighteen. To apply for the program, customers can call the COA at 407-846-8532 or apply online.

Yes, when wait times exceed a certain threshold, callers will be given the option to request a call back from Customer Service during business hours.

Your deposit will be refunded in the form of a credit on your final bill. If the credit is higher than the final bill, a refund check will be issued to the account holder. Depending on the account status, a residential customer may request a deposit refund following 2 years of good credit history.
A payment can be made through our online payment portal or by calling 407-944-5000 using the 18- digit account number. Be sure to correct the amount in your move in email.

Some of the most common reasons why a billed amount is higher than normal are:
- leaks on the property
- high usage
- excessive lawn watering
- filling a pool
It normally mails within 4-6 weeks after your service start date. Please call 407-944-5000 if you do not receive a bill.
The meters are read electronically every 28-35 days within a billing cycle.
Toho uses an automated reading system that transmits meter reads on a scheduled basis - a minimum of 4 times per day.

There are 2 ways you can make a payment:
- One-time payment (fees apply)
- Or set up a profile for an online payment account that will also allow you make payments, auto payments, scheduled payments and electronic billing. (No fees incurred)
It is self-managed account with a few simple questions to get started which will allow you to pay online with no fees and set up for auto pay and electronic billing.
Your password much be:
- A minimum of 8 characters
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one number.
You may choose to automatically pay your total invoice. You can select Automatic Payment for your account and monthly amount due will be charged to the payment method you choose automatically. You will be provided a reminder email before the payment is withdrawn and once the payment has been withdrawn.
A scheduled payment is a payment scheduled for a future date. You can schedule the payment to be processed on any date you choose prior to the due date using the method you select. You will receive an email 3 days prior to the date reminding you of the scheduled payment.

The amount of natural fluoride in water supplies is generally not enough to provide oral health benefits. Being from the aquifer not much treatment is needed. Only chlorine is added to get rid of any bacteria that might be in the water and fluoride to provide dental health.
