To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive and process your payment before the end of the day on the date it is due. If you don't think your payment will be mailed to us in time, please use one of our other payment methods.

Pay In Person

Toho has partnered with Amscot and MoneyGram Customers can now pay their water bill at any Amscot location or wherever MoneyGram is accepted. Amscot and MoneyGram only accept cash payments and a $1.25 convenience fee will be charged. Toho does NOT receive any portion of this convenience fee. Please bring your remittance slip to the payment location.

Life happens and along with it sometimes we experience financial strains. Toho has two programs to help customers. Payment extension requests gives you more time to pay your bill with no added fees. Our Toho Assistance Program (TAP)  that offers financial assistance to qualifying customers.
