Rates schedule

As approved by the Toho's Board, rates for water, wastewater, and irrigation will adjust 7.5% effective October 1, 2025, and will adjust annually effective every October 1 by 7.5% through fiscal year 2028. For fiscal years 2029 through 2030, rates will adjust by 4% annually. Reclaim rates are currently set at 75% of potable irrigation rates and will adjust incrementally on an annual basis to 90% in October 1, 2027.

Allocation Based Formula

This rate structure for reclaimed meters 2" or larger provides specific reclaimed water tier allocations on an individual customer basis and is designed to encourage efficient reclaimed water usage recognizing the specific attributes of each property served.
