Yes, It's called the Toho Assistance Program (TAP).

Why is a deposit required?

We secure a deposit due to providing service before it is actually billed.

How do I report a water leak or sewer issue?

For emergencies, call our call center at 407-944-5000 at any time.

What are Toho’s call center hours?

Our customer call center operates Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Can I request a payment extension?

Yes, use our Payment Extension form or call us at 407-944-5000.

How do I start new service?

Yes, Toho provides drinking water that follows all state and federal regulations.
