


Start Service
If you’re setting up service for the first time you will need the following:
- Service address
- A US driver's license to allow us to conduct a soft credit check
- If you are a tenant, a copy of the signed lease agreement
Deposits range from $0 to $200 to establish an account. There’s also an initiation fee of $30. The deposit may be waived if the soft credit check shows a credit history in good standing. For commercial customers, a minimum deposit of $50 is required.
We’ll send you an email confirmation with account details at least one business day before your requested service date. The deposit and initiation fee can be paid three business days after being issued your account information or they will be listed on your first water bill.

Stop Service
If you’re stopping service you will need the following:
- Account number information
- Service address
- Forwarding address (deposit balances will be mailed to this address)
We’ll send you an email confirmation with account details at least one business day before your requested stop service date.

Move Service
If you are moving within our service area you will need the following:
- Account number information
- New service address
- If you are a tenant, a copy of the signed lease agreement
There’s an initiation fee of $30. Deposits on your current account will be transferred to your the new account.
We’ll send you an email confirmation with account details at least one business day before your requested service date. The initiation fee can be paid three business days after being issued your account information or it will be listed on your first water bill.

Vacation Status
Yay, vaca! If you are going to be away for more than 30 days you can place your service on vacation status. Presently this service is only available to 18-digit account number customers. You will need the following:
- Account number information
- Mailing or forwarding address
To start service again, a $30 initiation will be assessed.
We’ll send you an email confirmation with account details at least one business day before your requested service date. The initiation fee be listed on your next water bill.
