Toho strives to provide you with some of the lowest rates in Central Florida. The inside and outside water consumption is measured in gallons and billed per thousand gallons used on a monthly basis. Any partial thousand-gallon increment is not billed in the current month and will be applied toward the following month’s consumption.
As approved by Toho Water Authority Board resolution 2023-007 for rates effective October 1, 2023, Toho’s rates will adjust 5% annually effective every October 1 through fiscal year 2028. Reclaimed rates will be adjusted incrementally by 5% annually through fiscal year 2028 in order to synchronize with irrigation rates. Effective October 1, 2025, reclaim rates will be 85% of irrigation. Please see our current rate schedule below.
