Email addresses public records

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

Public records requests

Toho fully embraces the tenets set forth in the Public Records Act, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, governing the public’s right to access records held by Toho, which are not otherwise exempt from inspection, examination, and copying under the Public Records Act.

If a request for records involves extensive use of technology or labor, a good faith cost estimate will be provided to the requestor.  The estimated cost or a security deposit, whichever is lower, must be paid prior to beginning work on the request. A final cost will be provided upon completion of the request, and any additional fees due must be paid prior to the release of the requested records.

Requests may be made in person, through the U.S. Mail or via telephone. For a faster response, requests may be emailed to publicrecordsrequests@tohowater.com.
