8-digit account number customers - Payment system maintenance

Toho will be performing necessary system maintenance starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 19. During this maintenance, our online and phone payment system will not be available. Service is expected to be restored by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 23. 

During this period, late and delinquent fees will not be assessed. Service disconnections will also not occur.
