8-digit account number customers - System upgrade

Toho will conduct a system upgrade beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 19. The upgrade is expected to be completed by Monday morning, February 23. Customers may continue to make payments during this time; however, payments and account updates will not appear until the upgrade is complete. During this period, our customer service will operate with limited capabilities, as representatives will not have access to customer accounts.
