Hydrant and Jumper Meter Portal

Welcome to the hydrant and jumper meter portal. Please use the portal for the following:

Hydrant and jumper meter requests
Meter move and collection
Monthly meter read submissions

In the map below enter the address where the hydrant or jumper meter will be located to be provided the corresponding portal for the area. Also use the map to submit meter reads and meter relocation/collection.

Delivery, relocation and collection

Jumper meters

Delivery – Once the deposit is paid, Toho will deliver the jumper meter in three business days to your requested location for you to install.
Relocation – When moving the jumper meter to another location, please fill out the form on the portal to inform Toho that you’re moving the meter.
Collection – When you want the jumper meter collected, put in a request on the portal and Toho will collect the jumper meter in three business days.

Hydrant meters

Delivery – Once the deposit is paid, Toho will deliver the hydrant meter in three business days. to your requested location, install it and secure it.
Relocation – If you wish to relocate the hydrant meter, please make a request on the portal and Toho will relocate it for you in three business days.
Collection – When you want the hydrant meter collected, put in a request on the portal and Toho will collect the hydrant meter in three business days.

Meter reads

Submit your meter reads by the second business day of the month. Use the hydrant and jumper meter portal to do so. You will need to upload a picture showing a clear view of the meter read.
