Toho Water Authority announces winners of 2025 Drop Savers Calendar Contest

Kissimmee, FL – Toho Water Authority (Toho) is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Drop Savers Calendar Contest, an annual initiative that inspires students to showcase their creativity and promote the importance of water conservation. This year’s contest drew nearly 800 entries from schools across Osceola County, reflecting students’ passion and innovation in supporting smart water use.

Toho Water Authority to host community meetings on fluoride

Kissimmee, FL – Toho Water Authority (Toho) invites customers to participate in a series of community engagement meetings to discuss supplemental fluoride in its water supplies. With growing national and state-level conversations about water additives, Toho is committed to hearing directly from its customers on this important topic.

Congressman Soto check presentation

Please be advised that Tohopekaliga Water Authority, an independent special district, established and created pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature (“Toho”), has scheduled a Check Presentation with Congressman Soto, to take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM. 

Toho offices to close in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Toho's administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, January 20, 2025 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2025. 

Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features on this website or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000.

Toho offices closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday

Toho's administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025.


Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features at www.tohowater.com or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000.
 

Toho offices closed in observance of Christmas holiday

Toho Water Authority's (Toho) administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Thursday, December 26.

Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features at www.tohowater.com or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000.

Toho's offices closed in observance of Thanksgiving

Toho's administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, December 2.

Payment changes for 8-digit account number customers

Starting January 1, 2025, payments will no longer be accepted at the St. Cloud City Hall walk-in center.  This also includes the drop boxes. Customers wishing to make a utility payment with a credit/debit card in the walk-in center, will be able to do so by using a computer station.

NEW: As part of the changes, cash payments can now be made at all Amscot locations free of any convenience fees. For a full list of payment methods, please visit our Ways To Pay page. 

Toho offices to close in observance of Veterans Day

Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Toho offices will reopen Friday, October 11

Toho Water Authority (Toho) offices will reopen Friday, October 11. Service disconnections remain temporarily suspended during this hurricane recovery phase.

Customers experiencing water or sewer service impacts can report them by calling our customer service at 407-944-5000 or emailing customerservice@tohowater.com.
