With growing national and state-level conversations about water additives, Toho is committed to hearing directly from its customers on this important topic.
Please be advised that Tohopekaliga Water Authority, an independent special district, established and created pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature (“Toho”), has scheduled a Check Presentation with Congressman Soto, to take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.

Starting January 1, 2025, payments will no longer be accepted at the St. Cloud City Hall walk-in center. This also includes the drop boxes. Customers wishing to make a utility payment with a credit/debit card in the walk-in center, will be able to do so by using a computer station.
