What will I need to enroll?

All you need is your 18-digit account number and the mailing address zip code found on the remit stub of your bill. Please see highlighted in yellow below.

What if I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you have not gotten the enrollment confirmation email:

Check your spam or junk folder
Allowlist the sender email - donotreply@schedulepayment.com

How will I be billed for my linked accounts?

The billing delivery preference (email or email plus paper) selected when creating the profile will be applied to all the linked accounts.
