Mill Run Boulevard area water line replacement project

Toho Water Authority will be conducting a water service line replacement project in the Mill Run Boulevard area (please see map and list of street names below). Work is expected to start on June 17 and be completed by January 2025. Residents will be notified with a door hanger before work commences in their area.

Work will take place Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this time, we ask residents to avoid parking vehicles on the street to allow work to be conducted.

More project details

The work consists of connecting a new service line from the main line to the customer’s water meter. This will include digging in the area of meter box and right of way. Customers can expect a 30-minute interruption to their water service when the connection to their meter is conducted. Residents will be notified in advance of the service disruption.

Once the project is completed in the area, road, sidewalk and sod restoration will occur for impacted areas. Schedules may change due weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching construction areas, as workers will be present and roads may be closed and sidewalks possibly closed, and diverted.
