Lifted: Fells Cove area precautionary boil water advisory

3.20.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Fells Cove area near Boggy Creek Road. The streets below are included in the advisory area.

• Toho Court
• Wax Myrtle Court
• Double Oak Drive
• Twisted Oak Loop
• Lakes Edge Lane
• Maple Run
• Harvest Lane

• Parkwood Court
• Grouse Avenue
• Osprey Lane
• Gadwall Drive
• Surfbird Street
• Creek Cove Road
• Small Creek Road
• Silver Creek Street
• Creek Bank Drive
• Slough Creek Drive

This is due to water line maintenance. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

As a precautionary measure, customers are advised to boil their water for one minute prior to consumption (drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes). As an alternative bottled water may be used. Water used for laundry or bathing/showering does not need to be boiled. Food industry guidelines are attached.

An update will be provided on Saturday, March 22. In the meantime, regulatory testing will take place to make sure the water meets drinking water standards.
