The Oaks road closures

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be performing critical improvements to the sewer system in The Oaks Subdivision. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.

Construction is scheduled to begin the week of May 19 and is expected to be completed in approximately seven months along with area restoration. Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see more details below.

Road closures

For everyone’s safety road closures will be in effect in the following areas (maps):

Phase 1 (May – July 2025)

Road closure on The Oaks Boulevard between Drive Way and Pitch Way

Phase 2 (June – September 2025)

Eastbound lane closure on The Oaks Boulevard between Roughside Circle and Cypress Oaks Drive
Entrance closure to Cypress Oaks Drive

Access to homes and driveways will be maintained throughout the project.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching work areas, as workers will be present and roads/sidewalks may be closed and possibly diverted. Signage will be placed as needed to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
