Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud from December 2 through December 6. Work will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers may experience a temporary drop in water pressure and a change in water color during this time. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The flushing activities will take place between the boundaries of 11th Street and 5th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue and Oregon Avenue highlighted in red on the map seen below.
