Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of September 9 - September 13. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
