Upcoming closures on U.S. 192 near Formosa Gardens Boulevard

Toho Water Authority will be conducting a manhole replacement project on U.S. 192 near Formosa Gardens Boulevard. The project will require closures in the following areas (please see map below):

Closure at the Cheddar’s entrance on U.S. 192. The project is scheduled to begin within the next few weeks and is expected to be completed in about six months.
Sidewalk closure near intersection of U.S. 192 and Formosa Gardens Boulevard. The project is scheduled to begin within a few weeks and is expected to be completed in about three months.

There also may be occasional lane closures on U.S. 192 for material delivery.

Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services. The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
