U.S. 192 Street closures starting November 12

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following closures starting on November 12 for a sewer project:

Sidewalk closures near the intersections of Vacanza Boulevard and Elese Drive
U.S. 192 eastbound bike lane between Florida Plaza Boulevard to Scott Boulevard from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
West Vine Street westbound left turn lane closures for Elese Drive and Vacanza Boulevard

The project is expected to be completed in about four months. Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services. The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

The map shows sidewalk closures near the intersections of Vacanza Boulevard and Elese Drive and West Vine Street westbound left turn lane closures for Elese Drive and Vacanza Boulevard. The U.S. 192 eastbound bike lane between Florida Plaza Boulevard to Scott Boulevard will also be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

More project details

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
