West Vine Street closures starting November 4

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following closures starting on November for a sewer project:

Sidewalk closure near the intersection of West Vine Street and North Thacker Avenue
Phillip Street between West Catherine Street to West Vine Street
North Orange Boulevard between West Orange Boulevard to West Vine Street
West Vine Street westbound left turn lane closure between Phillip Street and North Orange Boulevard

The project is expected to be completed in about four months. Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services. The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area, as workers and construction equipment will be present. Speed limits may be reduced, sidewalks possibly closed, and foot traffic diverted. Signage will be in place to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
