Toho Water Authority (Toho) crews are currently assessing and responding to areas impacted by Hurricane Milton. At this time, no precautionary boil water advisories have been issued.

Due to Hurricane Milton, Toho Water Authority (Toho) offices will be closed starting Wednesday, October 9 and will remain closed through at least Thursday, October 10 as part of its emergency operations phase. We have also temporarily suspended all service disconnections during our preparation and response to the storm. Toho will continue to respond to water-related emergencies as long as conditions are safe to do so. Please see more information below.
Toho's administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, September 2nd, in observance of Labor Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, September 3rd.
Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) annual sponsorship program will soon begin accepting applications from June 15 - July 15, 2024, for the upcoming fiscal year. The goal of our annual sponsorship program is to support organizations focused on one or more of the following categories: Environmental Stewardship, Social Services, Business/Commerce/Heritage, General Community Outreach and Investment in Youth.
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a sewer lift station in the Lake Hatchineha Rd and Perch St area has had a bypass sewer system installed to provide continuous sewer service to our customers. The bypass system was installed due to the lift station being struck by lightning causing it to stop functioning. Crews are in the process of cleaning the area. A timeline for the lift station repair is yet to be determined.
