Restored: Santee Drive area disruption to service
Update: June 5, 2025 - Service has been restored. A precautionary boil water advisory is NOT in effect. Customers may experience minor water quality changes. If water quality appears cloudy, run the water for 2-5 minutes to clear the lines.

June 4, 2025 - Customers in the Santee Drive area may be experiencing disruptions to service or low water pressure. A timeframe for service restoration is yet to be determined. Crews are onsite and more information will provided as it becomes available.

Monday, June 2 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Saturday, May 31 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Sunbridge area.
This is due to power outage at a water treatment plant. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.
Reclaimed irrigation interruption during non-watering hours for maintenance
Toho Water Authority (Toho) customers may experience low to no water pressure in their reclaimed irrigation during non-watering hours. This is necessary to conduct system maintenance. Service is expected be restored by 2 p.m., today.
When service resumes, customers should continue their assigned irrigation schedules. Please visit our Watering Days and Times section on tohowater.com for your schedule.
Poinciana reclaimed irrigation interruption for road project
Toho Water Authority is announcing that Poinciana customers will experience an interruption to their reclaimed irrigation starting at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4. This is due to the need to relocate a reclaimed water line for an area road project.
Service is expected to be restored by 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 5. Schedules may vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Monday, June 2 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located at 659-685 Elbridge Drive and for customers on Elbridge Place.
Harmony area: Temporary water treatment change
Beginning June 9, 2025, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will temporarily switch the disinfectant in your public water system from chloramines to free chlorine for routine maintenance of water quality in the distribution system. A letter was mailed to customers found in the documents section of this page.
Toho offices closed for Memorial Day holiday
In observance of Memorial Day, Toho's Administrative Office in Kissimmee and our Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, May 26. Regular business hours will resume 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 27.
Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features on our website or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000.
West Donegan Avenue road closure
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing the closure of West Donegan Avenue at the John Young Parkway intersection. This is due to a water line break in the area. A northbound lane on John Young Parkway is also closed to conduct the repairs safely (map). A timeframe for completion is yet to be determined. An update will be provided when more information becomes available.
The Oaks road closures
Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be performing critical improvements to the sewer system in The Oaks Subdivision. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.
Construction is scheduled to begin the week of May 19 and is expected to be completed in approximately seven months along with area restoration. Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see more details below.
