The Oaks road closures

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be performing critical improvements to the sewer system in The Oaks Subdivision. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.

Construction is scheduled to begin the week of May 19 and is expected to be completed in approximately seven months along with area restoration. Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances.  Please see more details below. 

Lavon and Palm Avenue water line project

Toho Water Authority has started a water line replacement project in the Lavon Avenue and Park Avenue areas between Oak Street and US 192. The sewer line replacement project has been completed in the area.

Work will take place Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this time, we ask residents to avoid parking vehicles on the street to allow work to be conducted.

Lifted - Pine Grove Road area precautionary boil water advisory

May 9, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

May 7, 2025 -Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located in the Pine Grove Road area (see map below). Customers who live on the following roads are included in the advisory area:

Poinciana reclaimed irrigation interruption during non-watering hours

Due to dry weather and increased demand, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be shutting off reclaimed irrigation services in the Poinciana area during the non-watering hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is necessary to build up the needed capacity at the facilities. 

When service resumes, customers should continue their assigned irrigation schedules. Please visit our Watering Days and Times section on tohowater.com for your schedule.

St. Cloud reclaimed irrigation interruption during non-watering hours

Due to dry weather and increased demand, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be shutting off reclaimed irrigation services in the St. Cloud area during the non-watering hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is necessary to build up the needed capacity at the facilities.

Lifted: Kentucky Avenue area precautionary boil water advisory

Thursday, May 8, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Tuesday, May 6, 2025 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located on Kentucky Avenue between 10th Street and 6th Street.

This is due to a water line break in the area. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

Lifted: Minnesota Avenue area precautionary boil water advisory

Sunday, May 4 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Friday, May 2 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located in the Minnesota Avenue area from Lakeshore to Fifth Street.

Service restored - Georgia Avenue area water main break

Update 3:00 p.m. - Service has been restored. A precautionary boil water advisory has not been issued, as crews were able to maintain positive pressure on the line.

Customers in the Georgia Avenue area in St. Cloud may be experiencing low to no water pressure. Crews are on site and repairs are under way. A timeframe for restoration has yet to be determined. An update will be provided when more information becomes available. 

Lifted - 2815-3004 Partin Settlement Road precautionary boil water advisory

Friday, May 2, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located at 2815-3004 Partin Settlement Road. 

Lifted - 3815 and 3915 W Vine Street precautionary boil water advisory

Wednesday, April 30, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Monday, April 28, 2025 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located at 3815 and 3915 W Vine Street in Kissimmee.
