Thursday, July 17, 2025 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Tohoqua community along the south end of Cross Prairie Parkway.
This is due to loss of water pressure in the area. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.
Sherwood Forest area facility maintenance
The water reclamation facility in the Sherwood Forest community area is undergoing a maintenance project on its premises. Area residents may experience odors during the project. The project is expected to be completed by Saturday, July 19.

Tuesday, July 8 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Sonoma Boulevard area near Carroll Street in Kissimmee.
This is due to a water line break in the area. Service will be restored by 2 p.m. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.
West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Area Flushing
Kissimmee, Florida — Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting flushing activities in the West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway area between Westside boulevard and the 429 Highway. This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality.
The flushing activities will take place on Monday, July 7, and are expected to be completed by the end of the day. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Additional locations may be added to the flushing area.

July 3, 2025, Saint Cloud, Florida -Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Kentucky Avenue between tenth street and sixth street.
Harmony area conclusion of temporary treatment change
Beginning Monday, July 7, 2025, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will return to using chloramines as the disinfectant used in the public water system serving the Harmony area. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days concluding the routine maintenance of using free chlorine as a disinfectant in the distribution system. A letter was mailed to area residents found in the documents section of this page.
Toho offices to close in observance of Independence Day
Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, July 7.
