Neptune Road closure due to emergency water line break
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing a road closure Neptune Road between Tohoqua Boulevard to Old Canoe Creek Road (please see map below). The closure is necessary to conduct an emergency water line repair due to a contractor line break.
Crews are onsite. An estimated time of restoration is yet to be determined. Updates will be provided as they become available. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Neptune Road disruption of service
Toho Water Authority customers in the Neptune Road and Betsy Ross Lane area may be experiencing disruptions to service or low water pressure at this time.
Crews are currently onsite and updates will be provided as they become available.
Majestic Oaks survey activities
Toho Water Authority has selected consultant Dewberry Engineers, Inc. to begin planning the replacement of the current 4-inch water line with a larger 6- or 8-inch line. This upgrade will enhance water service and provide improved fire protection for the Majestic Oaks community.

Wednesday, August 13 - St. Cloud, Florida – Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a planned disruption of service will occur on Thursday, August 14 at 9:30 a.m. for customers located on Missouri Avenue between tenth and sixth streets.
Restored: Tohoqua and 192 area reclaimed water service interruption
Friday, August 8 - Reclaimed service has been restored.

Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority customers in the Tohoqua community, those east of 192 in the Big Sky Boulevard area and customers as far north as Partin Settlement Road may experience an interruption of reclaimed water service on their irrigation systems. This is due to area construction impacting services.
Buenaventura Lakes water treatment facility upgrades
The Buenaventura Lakes water treatment facility is currently being upgraded to improve the long-term operations of the facility and enhance water quality. Improvements will also be made to reduce flooding at the facility caused by heavy rains.
The project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2026. Most work takes place during normal working hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There may be instances of night-time work. Schedules could change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a precautionary boil water advisory is in effect for customers located in the Twelve Oaks Road area. Customers on the following streets are within the advisory area (see map below.)
Mill Slough Road closure
Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be performing critical improvements to the sewer system on Mill Slough Road in Kissimmee. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.
Due to construction, Mill Slough Road will be closed in both directions between Michigan Avenue and Town and County Drive from August 1 through August 8 (see map below.) Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
Access to homes and driveways will be maintained throughout the project.
