Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a precautionary boil water advisory is in effect for customers located in the Twelve Oaks Road area. Customers on the following streets are within the advisory area (see map below.)
Mill Slough Road closure
Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be performing critical improvements to the sewer system on Mill Slough Road in Kissimmee. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.
Due to construction, Mill Slough Road will be closed in both directions between Michigan Avenue and Town and County Drive from August 1 through August 8 (see map below.) Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
Access to homes and driveways will be maintained throughout the project.
Lifted: Sunbridge area precautionary boil water advisory
Saturday, July 26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Thursday, July 24 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Sunbridge area (see map below.)
This is due to power outage at a water treatment plant. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.

Tuesday, July 22, 2025- Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that the precautionary boil water advisory for customers located from 2500 - 2537 Ascot Court and 2601 - 2755 Simpson Road is still in effect.
The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.
West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Area Flushing
Kissimmee, Florida — Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting flushing activities in the West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway area between Westside boulevard and the 429 Highway. This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality.
The flushing activities will take place on Monday, July 7, and are expected to be completed by the end of the day. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Additional locations may be added to the flushing area.
Toho offices to close in observance of Independence Day
Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, July 7.

In observance of Memorial Day, Toho's Administrative Office in Kissimmee and our Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, May 26. Regular business hours will resume 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 27.

West Donegan Avenue road closure
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing the closure of West Donegan Avenue at the John Young Parkway intersection. This is due to a water line break in the area. A northbound lane on John Young Parkway is also closed to conduct the repairs safely (map). A timeframe for completion is yet to be determined. An update will be provided when more information becomes available.
The Oaks subdivision sewer improvements project
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is performing critical improvements to the sewer system in The Oaks subdivision. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.
The improvements are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of November 2025 along with area restoration. Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see tentative schedule and details below.
