Lifted: Teakwood Court precautionary boil water advisory

11.20.25 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

11.18.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for the following customers located on Teakwood Court in Kissimmee (see map below):

St. Cloud area flushing activities

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting closed-circuit flushing activities starting on Monday, November 17, in the St. Cloud area north of 17th Street between Florida Avenue and Brown Chapel Road (please see map below). This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality. 

The flushing activities will move from east to west and will take place Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are expected to be completed by mid-February 2026. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. The flushing schedule is as follows:

Solivita community backflow replacement project

Toho Water Authority will be in the Solivita community starting mid-November to replace the residential backflows that are located underground near the customer’s water meter. This type of backflow is called a dual check valve and is replaced every ten years. Backflows help protect the water supply. 

Aaron's Backflow Services will be conducting this replacement project. Work will take place during the business hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Lifted: Safari Trail precautionary boil water advisory

11.08.25 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

11.06.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Safari Trail (see map below).

Toho offices closed for Veteran's Day holiday

Toho's Customer Service Center in St. Cloud and our Administration building in Kissimmee will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veteran's Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Lifted: Margarita Court precautionary boil water advisory

10.16.25 -The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

10.14.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Margarita Court (see map below).

Harmony area conclusion of temporary treatment change

Beginning Friday, October 17, 2025, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will return to using chloramines as the disinfectant used in the public water system for the Harmony area. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days concluding the routine maintenance of using free chlorine as a disinfectant in the distribution system.  

Botanic Boulevard road closure

Update 11.17.25 - Due to the extensive nature of the project, Toho is still in the process of securing a contractor to conduct the sewer rehabilitation work on a manhole in the area. The project is now expected to be completed by mid-December. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. 

For the safety of the traveling public, the southbound lanes have been closed between the area of Cranes Roost Road and Skye Hammock Way. Soundbound traffic is being diverted onto a northbound lane (please see map below). 

Understanding your water bill: new rates take effect

Toho Water Authority's new water and wastewater rates went into effect on October 1, 2025, and will be reflected in upcoming customer bills. This rate adjustment applies to water, wastewater, irrigation, and reclaimed water services.  

Lifted: Hudson Harbor Lane precautionary boil water advisory

10.11.25 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Update 10.09.25 @ 9 p.m. - Due to unforeseen additional repairs, the new estimated time for service restoration is 12 a.m.

10.09.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Hudson Harbor Lane east of Hudson Drive (see map below).
