Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for residents at the following addresses on Pine Needle Trail and Longleaf Court in Kissimmee:

St. Cloud flushing schedule September 9 - September 13

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of September 9 - September 13. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

9.4.24 - This advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for residents in the following locations:

• Oak Breeze Avenue
• Gentre Street

This is due to a water line repair in the area. Service is expected to be restored by 9 a.m. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

Harmony area: Conclusion of temporary treatment change

Beginning Friday, August 30, 2024, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will return to using chloramines as the disinfectant used in your public water system. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days concluding the routine maintenance of using free chlorine as a disinfectant in the distribution system. The documents section on this page includes the notice mailed to customers.

Toho offices to close in observance of Labor Day

Toho's administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, September 2nd, in observance of Labor Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, September 3rd.
